The 32 year old Dutch Stefan Buck strengthened his hold on the 13th edition of the Sardinia Trail after claiming victory in the demanding second stage, while Poland’s Ewa Majer moved into the lead of the women’s standings ahead of France’s Tiphaine Germain

Adventure, fun and the charm of Ogliastra: the 13th Sardinia Trail gets underway
The 100-km stage race (May 8th to 10th) will start in Marina di Tertenia and finish in Ulassai, also including the classic stage up to Punta La Marmora. Defending champions Porubcan and Majer will be at the start, along with several past podium finishers. A total of 13 Countries will be represented
